Ingredients
- 2 Medium Onions

Beef mince (500g)

Balsamic vinegar (a dash)

Worcestershire sauce (a splash)

1 beef stock pots

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried basil

3–4 garlic cloves, chopped

Red wine (about 150 ml, optional but encouraged)

2 tins chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp tomato paste

Water (100–150 ml)

Salt (to taste)

1 lime

1 tbsp sugar
Directions
- Onions on their own for 10-15 mins
- Add beef mince (break it all down and brown it)
- While it’s browning I add a dash of balsamic vinegar, a splash of wochester sauce and 2 beef OXO cubes
- add spices 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1 tsp of paprika, 1tsp of basil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic chopped
- Splash (150ml) of red wine (if you’re opening one!)
- two tins of tomatoes
- 2 tbsp of tomato paste
- Water (100-150ml)
- Salt
- A lime
- 1 tbsp sugar
